My leg no longer hurts, but my heart does, since doctor said I need a third week of rest and relax… It’s driving me crazy!

THIS WAS MY PROGRESS: HAPPY FIT YEAR EDITION.
One year between these two pics. 365 sweaty and exhausting days and too many differences between both guys.
First one needed to eat crap twice a week to survive. Second one needs to work his body out every day to feel commited with his lifestyle.
First one spent his entire sparetime playing the X360. Second one would appreciate if days had 28 hours, to enjoy some rest,
