The whole week without posting. I’m sorry. That’s what happened.
I went out for a long run last Sunday, as usual, but when I reached km 18, some calf pain suddenly appeared. I thought “Well, is not that serious, I can continue!” so I ran the 5 remaining km without stop, enduring the pain.
When I woke up on Monday, could barely walk. But I told myself “normal pain, nothing serious”. Therefore, I went to my job and worked all day long. Stood,
Tuesday pain became unbearable, so I went to see my doctor, and he told me about that fucking strain. I won’t be able to run in 10-15 days.
That’s kinda nightmare. Please, give me a slap and get me out of it.
First indulge weekend since.... first indulge weekend.
Eating like crap. 0 running. 0 weights. Watching series while lying in my bed. Muscles, joints and even mind are feeling rested and healed from stress. Tomorrow the beast will be unleashed back to the road. Promised!

My last 2011 progress, Happy new year to everyone!
That’s how I looked in the first steps of my weightloss:
That’s how I’ve been looking on last 2011 morning, when I woke up:
Last 2011 progress. the year when I got a grip in my life, became a little healthier and started a new, exciting and active new lifestyle I’ve been sharing worldwide with my beloved fitblr friends. Now let’s face this brand new 2012 with a smile. If you are fighting against obesity, laziness, lack of commitment to reach your goals… I want to tell you that it’s possible. Just repeat yourself that you can achieve not the things you’d like to have, but the things you deserve to. There’s a path in front of you that begins right in your feet. So remember the indian proverb during this January: Even the longest walk begins with a single step. Keep in mind.
