MY FIRST HALF-MARATHON-LIKE TRAINING!
And I didn’t notice! I just met my cousin Jose Manuel to have some long distance run, less than 2 hours.
(Sorry about the distortion but my Iphone can’t take full motion pictures at all :( )
We had a really good time, whistling, playing air guitar, jumping like frogs, running like forest gump with his ortopedic irons… but mainly running in a good pace. Finally we arrived home...

Another weigh in, another success feeling!
Today I jumped again into the scale, and she smiled to me!
Starting Weight (1/2/2011): 253.53 pounds. Last Weigh In (15/6/2011): 192.90 pounds. Today’s weigh In (8/7/2011): 185.40 pounds.
Last 3 weeks progress: 7.5 pounds. Overall progress: 68.13 pounds.
I guess soon will be the time to stop losing, since my BMI goal weight is about 176.37 pounds. But now that I’ve begun living...
I'm affraid...
Today I tried Myfitnesspal for first time, and according to it, I need 1555 kcal more to achieve my daily goal so I guess something must be wrong :S Any similar story? Maybe some advice?
